Lexie turned 3 on Tuesday. My baby girl is three. *gasp*
Max was 1 on Monday. *whaaat?*
Time flies by. It goes by so quickly. But we can make each and every day count for something.
We can do God’s work. We can do right by other’s, be kind, work hard knowing that our hard work may never be acknowledge by others. Or that maybe they take it for granted.
But time is much too short not to live for Him.
It is much too short to fly by the seat of our pants, and say “I will make time for God tomorrow.”
Or, “I will be nice next time.”
Life is too short to judge others, and claim to be a Christian.
The time is now.
The day is today.
Psalm 90:12 says though our days are short, we need to have a heart of (biblical) wisdom to present to God. I believe we also should have this heart so that others may see Him in us.
God is God, and always has been. We, however, are here a short time. And that time is not to be lived idly. You have been put here to live for a reason.
Our lives are brief, not eternal like Him. But nonetheless, we must make the most of each day, starting with Him.
